I’ve found the item I want but I don't see my size.

Please contact us if you do not see your size, and or color. We may be out of stock. If it is a size that we do not commonly have in stock, we can do a special order for an additional cost.

Has my order been sent yet?
You will receive an email confirming your order. If additional information is required, a team member from Next Level Design will contact you at the information you provided. You will receive an email confirming your order has been completed and shipped. If you are local and selected the pick-up or drop-off option, a team member will contact you for details.

Part of my order is missing
Please verify your order with your order receipt. If there is an error in size, color, etc., contact Next Level Design immediately noticing the error with a picture of the item(s). You have three (3) business days to contact us from the date of delivery.

Which methods of payments can I use?
Next Level Design accepts payment from all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed using PayPal.

Can you give me more information about my order?
Once your orders are placed, you will receive a confirmation email. For any customized orders, you have one (1) hour to cancel or make any revisions. Unfortunately, because of the amount of orders we process, we cannot provide you a detailed status of your order. However, you will receive an email once your order is complete and shipped.

How can I send you what I want printed?
You will be asked at the time of your order to upload the file(s) that you would like printed. The file(s) must be in .png, and/or .svg format. We will not convert file(s). If you forgot to upload your file(s), please contact us immediately by email (nextleveldesign3@gmail.com) and include your Order Number in the subject line with the file(s) attached to the email.

I forgot to use my discount code
We are unable to review and edit orders. If you did not use a code you may use it for another order prior to the expiration date.
